Exact Mix Concrete use the latest technology to ensure we are leading expert ready mixed concrete and screed suppliers. Our fleet of volumetric mixers are mobile. These are a combination materials transporter and mobile mixing plant mounted on a transport vehicle. Theses mixers carry sufficient unmixed materials i.e. sand, cement, aggregates, water to the job to produce fresh concrete mixed to design specifications.
The Joy Of Volumetric Mixers
The volumetric mixers have a unique dispensing system and are accurate to within +1 either way of the volume delivered. The volumetric mixer can be shut off without wasting anything and mix changed on site during the delivery. Also, if two mixes are required there is no need to return to the batching plant. The mix can be changed on site using the same mixer.
